Inventory Case

• The inventory case is calculated by VZD (kadastrs.lv). The price depends on the house area and distance from Riga. For example, a house in Riga or Riga District with a total area of 120 m² may cost around 300 EUR.

Design Costs

• The cost of design is calculated individually, depending on the house area and the need to modify an existing project. Prices range from 15 EUR to 35 EUR per m². For a house of 120 m² – from 1 800 EUR.

Project Management

• Management of your project in the BIS system (Būvniecības informācijas sistēma) from 600 EUR.
