Technical inspection is a complex of works for assessing the condition of a building or its part, including a visual inspection of structures, built-in construction materials and their connections. When is it necessary to carry out a technical inspection

The inspection is required in the following cases


  • For public and multi-storey residential buildings (groups 2 and 3) - at leastonce every 10 years
  • Prior to commissioning a building
  • Before reconstruction, major repairs, or restoration
  • Before the development of a simplified facade renovation project
  • When it is necessary to prepare or terminate a building conservation project
  • Before resuming construction works after their suspension
  • In other cases when an assessment of the technical condition of the building is required (for example, after accidents or natural disasters).
Periodic technical inspection of a building may be carried out by a certified construction specialist who has one of the following certificates in the relevant field: a certificate for practicing architecture, a certificate in structural design, or a certificate in the field of construction management and construction supervision.


What does the technical inspection report include

    The cost depends on the volume and specifics of the object:

    ◾ For a private house: from 450 to 650 EUR + VAT.

    The price may change if additional work is required - opening of structures, laboratory tests, load-bearing capacity calculations, etc.
